Static Solutions Limited was established in 2003, we are an experienced provider of Static Eliminating Equipment, and our primary objective is to make a difference to the Automotive industry. We are based in South Yorkshire and currently employ 10 people.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. Static Solutions Ltd will endeavour to continue to improve its technical capabilities, further diversify its customer base, strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations and seek new market opportunities. Static Solutions Ltd Quality Management System operates in accordance with ISO9001:2015, UK SI 2016/1107, UKCA, BS/EN/ISO/IEC 80079-34:2020 to ensure that our products comply with regulatory and customer requirements.

We are committed to continually improve our Quality Management System and product quality by setting quality objectives which are monitored as part of our Management Review. We will enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce and expand the capabilities of the infrastructure as required for our business and market needs.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

  • regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
  • a customer complaints procedure
  • selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • training and development for our employees
  • regular audit of our internal processes
  • measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
  • management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

 
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees.

Top Management has overall responsibility for the co-ordination of the Quality Management System throughout the Company. All employees are responsible for operating within the Quality Management System.

The next policy review date is January 2024.
