In short, since we’ve had the stat gun in place, we have had a saving on paint, less materials used in polish and less issues around the laying of metallics. Also, as a business that also undertakes 3 & 4 stage pearl finishes, as well as candies, this has been a real bonus.

The paint technicians are the real supporters of this, and they have all been highly complementary of the product. In fact, we are so impressed I’ve just had a second one installed.

We have found that whenever one of our bodyshops trial the Stat-Gun they usually don't want to part with it. This is down to a number of key factors - it helps to achieve a much cleaner finish, the base coat lays down much better after using the Stat-Gun, and it helps prevent contamination on panels leading to much better results.
